    I have a Sony Vaio FZ with the following specifications:
    Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 @ 1.80GHZ
    2GB of 667MHZ memory
    Nvidia M8400GT graphics card with 128 MB of dedicated memory
    Vista Home premium.

    How will this laptop go at running the following: Medal of Honor: Airborne and Call of Duty Four

    You won't know unless you try it yourself :) .. but you should be able to play at low settings anyway :)

    i have the GS and i run COD 4 on low settings at 1024x768 at a consistent 30-40 fps so i'd imagine you could run it at medium
