Hey so I just downloaded the club demo made by bizarre the creators behind the project gotham racing series. I downloaded and played it today and was surprised to see there wasn't any threads about it.
I wanted to write a game review and since theres nothing major coming out this month (correct me if I'm wrong) or anytime soon I felt the club might be a promising game. Well I tried the game and must say its mediocre. The graphics are admirable but gameplay is somewhat lacking. It gets better though trying to top your score.
They basically apply the project gotham system of doing combos and stringing moves together to a shooter.
I took some screenies at 1440x900 everything max and no aa. Averaging about 26 fps with a ddr2 8600 overclocked to 560/490.
Tell me if you guys would like a review of this or not. Not promising anything though.

It looks like James Bond.

Its a bizzare game, they're trying to throw something out there that isn't your average shooter. I had the demo on 360, wasn't great, but then again it wasn't really that bad. Instead of killing people for good or bad your mearly just causing havoc and scoring points for it.
Personally I wouldn't buy it, but thats my opinion. -

Yeah, I think their sucess with the style method of gaming like pgr can't convert to fps.
Think my next review will be frontlines: fuel of war. -

Haha, stop trying to suck-up.
Fair play to them trying something new, but they didn't really get it right.
