    Anyone playing this using an 860m? Even on "laptop" settings I'm getting about 20 fps,.Cpu is an i7 4710

    Perhaps optimus is set to user the Intel GPU instead of Nvidia GPU.

    That would be the first place I look as well ... also, make sure your not accidentally running on battery power ... (sounds silly, I know, but I forget to plug my notebook in all the time and when I start gaming, frames are cut in half ... LOL ... ) ...
