I came across this utility called GPU-Z - it's pretty much like CPU-Z, except that it's for GPU's (You didn't see that coming now, did you?).
Download it here.
You can also click on the "Validation" linky and actually view your "results" online and share it with others.

(You get a confirmation code after you validate and AFAIK your .nfo will be found at http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/<confirmation code>. It's also going to be there just to the left of the "Close" button). It's going to be lost after you close it though![]()
