Been playing...
TF2 (Mostly)
Guild Wars
COD4/Farcry 2
-
orange box
L4D
FEAR 2 -
Purchased: Mass Effect, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Bioshock
Played: Team Fortress 2, Battlefield 2, Day of Defeat: Source -
I've been playing Mass Effect, Splinter Cell (Double Agent), and Assassin's Creed. The latter runs pretty well on my 3450 if everything is set up properly.
-
Dead Space / Scary at first, great game
Empire Total War / GREAT, love the battles, both sea and land...
MLB 2k9 / The one i'm playing the most, taking all of my time
very good after you set up the difficult sliders
-
F.E.A.R. 2: seriously the most violent game i have ever played in my life
Dead Space: scary as hell
Call Of Duty 4: can't get enough of it -
Purchased list:
1. BioShock - which became my fave single player game. The story and graphics are absolutely amazing.
2. Team Fortress 2 - which is my most played and favorite multiplayer online game. Haven't played in a while, though.
3. Unreal Tournament 3 - I bought it a week ago but haven't got the time for some serious gaming.
Played list:
It's actually in the exact same order as my purchased list ^^. -
it is pretty bad with that naked chick lol
-
If you like Half Life 2 at all, you'll love this. It's my personal favourite game of all time.
-
Episode 2 is the best one right now in my opinion. Can't wait till Episode 3!
-
Call of Duty 4
Crysis Wars
FEAR 2 -
Crysis: I like it a lot more than warhead. Lot's of action, large levels, it's fun, and it's gorgeous. Runs pretty well on the new rig
Far Cry 2: $15 on steam. Only played for a bit so far, I can tell you it's pretty but it also feels slow, and I've already noticed some problems with the AI, like respawns and unusually high health.
COD5 (WaW): Still playing it since release (over 19k kills now), and it's smooth as butter on the new rig. Loving the new free maps! -
Hmm...
Final Fantasy XI-great game BTW
Mass Effect-good game, i love RPG's
Dead Space-Terrifying -
And THAT's Valve's problem. You've got to wait 1.5 - 2 years for a game you are going to go through for a couple of hours.
-
but when it DOES come out it is so awesome that you will want to play it multiple times!
-
cs source, wow, last remnant
-
I don't see that as a problem, seeing as Valve hasn't made a bad game, or even a mediocre game, as of yet.
-
COD4 - beat
Left4Dead - beat
Crysis - working on it -
L4D isn't exactly a game people aspire to beat...
-
y
10 characters -
1) Crysis
2) Far Cry

1)Rock Band 2 (Drums expert)
2)Star Trek Armada:II (in celebration of the new ST movie)
3)Star Trek Legacy (see above)
Yea, I'm a loser, lol. -
1) Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars + Kane's Wrath
2) Dungeon Siege 2 + Exp
3) Red Alert 3 -
because its more of a multiplayer focused game in which it focuses on replayabilty and such.
-
1) Command and Conquers 3: Tiberium War
2) Crysis - Loved this the most. Stealthy and FPS at the same time.
3) Assassin's Creed - What more to say, you're an assassin ^^ -
Purchased: Left 4 Dead, Crysis Warhead, World In Conflict
Played: Dawn of War 2, Team Fortress 2, Call of Duty 4 -
Just picked up Warhead, left4dead and world at war...All great games left 4 dead is pretty addicting
-
Fear 2, Dead Space and Resident Evil 5(PS3)
. All are awesome and did not regret abit for purchasing them at full price. Looking forward to the PC version of RE5.
-
Yes, but they have time to make an even better game. Look at Sam & Max for example (bad example I know, it's just the first game with "episodes" that comes to my mind) - a new episode is released for a little over 2-3 months and they finish a season (6 episodes) in an year. I mean I already forgot what happened in the last episode of Half-Life - it was almost 2 years ago.
-
Yes but I would much rather they take their time and make the game really well, rather than rushing it out the door to make money.

Meanwhile, in other news, EA executives were treated for a sudden outbreak of severe illness. All exhibited the same symptoms. The doctor first diagnosed the group as having contracted swine flu. But upon further analysis it was discovered the execs had read the above quote which totally goes against their company's modus operandi.
