How is the game played? (controller or keyboard and mouse)

Is it a hack and slash game like Devil May Cry or a click game like WOW?

Just search online for some random gameplay videos of "The Witcher" and you'll know how it is played. ;)

It is a PC exclusive, there are no plans for console.

So take that as you will. It will play as a PC RPG game. Try playing the first Witcher if you haven't already. The 2nd is supposed to be even more fluid combat, since they built their own engine to be able to do all of it this time.

The control scheme for Witcher 2 is supposed to be significantly different from the first one, so you can't really compare the two.

The Witcher Extended Edition was a very good game, imo. If the new one is anything like the second, it should be very good.

It kinda reminds me of Dragon Age Origins gameplay.
