The best Nvidia driver for Crysis & Crysis Warhead gameplay so far?

Hey fellas, I have been experiencing very bad lag and stutter with the 197.16 driver especially in the level Assualt and Awakening. When I entered the buildings I noticed some serious random lags and stutters. Besides this, when I play Crysis Warhead at dx10 64bit, I get a lot of graphic glitches and game stopped loading at 80%. Well, when I revert back to 186.81 WHQL driver, I didn't notice any issue so far. And I would really like to play BFBC2 too but 186.81 driver seemed to have some issues with it. So, to all the enthusiasts, any recommendation or any better driver that I haven't notice its existence?

 

186.81 have been the best for a long while. i reverted back to them after getting fed up with bsod with 197.16
i didnt have any problems with bfbc2 and 186.81 but i was only playing the beta and not the full version. hopefully other players will be able to tell you if they have any issues.

 

Thanks for your information. It is very helpful. I think I will just have to stick with the 186.81 now. What's up with the Nvidia's driver lately? All the current ones just seems not good enough compared to the past.

 

With 186.81 and BFBC2, you will get graphical artifacts that eventually make the game impossible to play and get you killed because you can no longer see what you are doing. I found the first Drivers to be better than 186.81 were 196.86 Dell mobile Drivers but I am using Nvidia 197.45 WHQL that I downloaded from Microsoft at the moment.
