Hey guys, what's up?
I have been using Dox 185.85 ever since I bought this laptop, but it seems that this driver is not fitting me well, because I notice now and then some graphics glitches, which are, I think, related to the driver.
Like with Borderlands, when I enter any menu in the game, sometimes it starts to "flash" some images when I move the mouse cursor. In Company of Heroes the game is perfect, but some textures appears just black, or starts to flash a black image in the cutscenes.
There are just other games, but these glitches I report are just minimal. Anyone who uses Dox driver, encounter the same "issues"? If I disable the powermizer (I don't know if it is enabled), should it help me in any way, with the game glitches or even lowering the temperatures?
My laptop is a P7908u, GTX 260M.
Thanks

Just use the driver from Nvidia.

I would recommend the 195.62 drivers... they work best for me with lower temps compared to other drivers.. the newer ones are crap.

The drivers that came with my laptop got the best bench scores for 3DMark06(~5900), but I use the latest drivers anyways(~5600).
The latest drivers have slightly better temps for me, though.
The best nVIDIA driver out the for GTX 260M, using Dox 185.85
