I am using an Acer Predator Helios 300 with an i7-7700HQ, 8GB of RAM and GTX 1060 6GB.
So for a long time,NVIDIA Optimus users have been plagued with stuttering in Windows 10 doing basic tasks, reported in this post right here:
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...-problem/93e7004a-62b1-4211-8e37-4c136608865e
They announced that the issue has been partially addressed and that's true.
But only on latest drivers from NVIDIA and Intel.
I don't like updating drivers, I don't play the latest games and I want something stable but still mitigate the issue.
Can anyone suggest a GPU driver version for me?
    Any will be appreciated.

The best GPU driver is the one that is best for your specific system. Unfortunately, that can mean a lot of trial and error. The best starting point is to use the drivers that came with your machine, which would mean heading over to Acer's site and downloading the ones for Intel and NVIDIA.

What about the issue I mentioned above?
    It's so annoying.Will they guarantee a fix?
The drivers seem outdated because I am using Windows 10 RS4 and they are from last year's July or August.

If something is annoying you and a driver is released that fixes the issue, then update. If the current drivers you are using are fine, and a driver is released that doesn't add something of interest to you, then skip it.

About the issue,I noticed it straight away after receiving the machine(I don't remember the driver I am using at that moment),and then for a time,I was forced to only use the dGPU to keep it from happening and I do update GPU drivers regularly, then I decided to went back to normal and the issue is(partially)fixed.
