This game is going to be so awsome!!! Finally a game that depicts WWII accurately while not turning into a click fest. :p The game will be released sometime later this year.

This will definately be on my Christmas list this year. :D If you want to check it out go to http://www.battlefront.com/index.htm and scroll down to their games in development. The Armchair General also did a nice article on the game which you can find here. http://www.armchairgeneral.com/articles.php?p=2806&page=1&cat=59

This game will change realistic RTS games forever. :D

I'm so glad I'm not the only one waiting for this. It's going to *rock*. I just hope it's historically accurate: I read a lot on WWII, especially the European theatre and the post-1943 period, and I hope this lives up to my expectations. If it does... best game ever! :D

Do you play any of Battlefronts other games like Combat Mission? I love the entire Combat Mission series. And I can't wait for Combat Mission:Shockforce to be released. :p

BTW I LOVE WWII. LOL I like all the European battles. I am not much of a Pacific guy. :p

this game look much like Brizkrieg (or something like that)
    And yes it look good
However, if you truly like RTS, may I suggest the upcoming Supreme Commander with massive map, massive army, both land, air, sea, vehicle, walker, robot everything you can think of. It coming out in Q1 2007

I haven't tried Combat Mission, actually. Might want to look at it, I'm sure my future laptop can run it. :p The European theatre was such a clash of different cultures, ideologies, and even combat styles. Totally interesting! Few games have portrayed that accurately.

Yeah I would try downloading the demo to see how you like it. The graphics aren't the greatest but it is still very fun. I still play alot of Combat Mission. Here are some pics of the new Combat Mission that they are working on. http://www.armchairgeneral.com/articles.php?p=2774&page=1&cat=59 They will be making another WWII Combat Mission but they wanted to make a modern game first. :p

Wow... I'm impressed... all three Combat Mission games get very high scores from GameSpot (9.1 / 9.1 / 8.4 respectively). I'll have to check out a few demos right away. Thanks!
