I recently owned a 3d samsung monitor and the response time was great and the picture quality was excellent however 23 inches just wasnt what i was looking for.
I tried out some tv sets and found the input lag terrible it was like slow motion delay on fast paced games.
then I came across the {lg 47lm6200} I had no expectations I just wanted a tv for my xbox as i gave up on gaming tv via pc I also liked the idea of 3d for shows as it makes them slighlty more interesting when the show gets boring its neat to see the depth.
Then I decided to hook up my laptop and see how bad it would be, at first it was awful in standard mode, i then switched to game/pc mode and the response time to me feels like 0.00001 ms delay its instantanious I then tried out 3d gaming with my 6990m in amd hd3d mode and I took a big hit on performancew but after adjusting the settings it was a truley awesome experience seeing this depth that seemed like 6 feet deep in crysis was like playing a entirely differant game 100 percent imersive.
this tv reportedly has a response time of less than 2ms in pc mode. 3d is playable and another thing about this 3d tv is 2d. its a 3d tv but i would have paid the same price if it was only 2d as the picture quality blows other televisions away when calibrated, its super bright very black blacks and colors are amazing and this years model has a higher pixel density meaning it looks sharper even though its only 1080p.
If you thinking of buying a TV why not get the best available for the price I think its 1200 but has the IQ of a 4000 dollar tv no lies.
props to lg
Thinkinof getting a bigger screen heres my recommendation
