    Howdy All-
I just wanted to get some opinions from those who have played Area 51. I've read a few reviews that posted average scores, but it looks really interesting to me. I've got a 1520 w/ plenty of goods to run it, I just wanted to get some gamer opinions. Thanks

You shouldn't have problems on medium/high settings. Simply, your configuration fills all recommended requirements. As far as I know, that game was released in 2005?

Nah, it was released a few months ago. It's full name is Blacksite: Area 51. It's a pseudo FPS.

Really, I just want people's opinions on how good of a game it is.

Area 51 came out several years ago. Blacksite is it's sequel (I'm not sure that they're actually related though).

I played the demo for Blacksite for a few minutes, but that for the X-Box version. I got creamed within minutes (even though I couldn't tell where I was being shot from or how much health I had left), and then my X-Box crashed. Sooooo yeah, not real blown away by that. The game did sound kind of interesting though, and presumably the PC version is more playable. Just grab a demo if there is one.

The game got universally panned. Bad, bad game. Very bad. Just saying. I returned the Gamefly rental the same day I received it. Everything about it is extremely generic.
