I have laptop with integrated Intel 945GM graphics.

I run tiberum wars on lowest settings. Everything is ok until i start creating units. after that the game crashes in win.

Actually, I had a GMA 950 in my Vaio. I used to play a lot of CnC3 on it until....I dropped it. Anyway....I ran it on medium settings...that's beside the point.

The game constantly crashed until I tried a simple solution that did not make any sense to me. No matter how bad your card is, mine and yours both are pretty bad obviously....turn the Shader Detail to Medium. Try to start a skirmish and see if it crashes. This immediately fixed my crash problems.
