This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    My toshiba recognize that an external monitor is attached. good.
    the intel utility let me to choose what settings to apply on second monitor. good.
    but... no image on second monitor - message on second monitor is NO SIGNAL. that's no good.
    i try a variety of monitors... still nothing.
    i try lower resolutions and refresh rates... nothing
    i made a fresh install of windows xp and vista... still nothing...
    i try the hot keys
    i try everything... that i can imagine....
    no result


    any ideea ???
