    Toshiba Satellite A300-16I video card specs?

    Hello everyone !

    I am thinking about buying a laptop. Now i also want to game on it so i have a question about the Toshiba Satellite A300-16I.

    My problem is the following: at first i was interested in a HP pavilion model which had the GeForce 8600 GS GPU. Then i found out that in the HP Pavilion models they use DDR2 and therefor the memory speed was underclocked compared to the 'stock' speed of the GPU as advertised on the Nvidia site. Also the Core Clock speed was alot slower then stock speed. So all by all it was a handicapped 8600 GS.

    I am wondering if anyone knows on what speeds, and what type of memory the Radeon Mobility HD 3650 in the Toshiba Satellite A300-16I runs. If it is stockspeed or if it is also a clocked down version compared to the stock specs.

    A few days ago I read on the Toshiba WEB site that it uses DDR2.

    As far as i can find it only mentions the Memory type for the 2 gigs of Pc memory. But there isn't a mention of the type of DDr used on the GPU.

    Or am i missing something? ^^
