Hey, I was just wondering how well the total war games including shogun 2 would run on a laptop with Intel® Core™ i7-2630QM, 4gb ram and a NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 555M Graphics Card?

Quite well actually. Really smooth at around medium-high mixed settings (Mainly medium). Still depends on the scale of the battle though.

Medieval 2 Total War plays EXCELLENT on my machine. But I f'ed it up by adding a custom unit (I added Super Man to a faction...VROOM!)

They will run VERY well on that spec. I did a video of Shogun 2 running on a Core i5 M11x R2 from Alienware (nowhere near as good a spec as the one you cited). It runs like a champ.

Plays very well in my machine. Should play even better in yours, with a i7.
