    When I try to setup the control keys for this game (from the setup screen I get when running the game, before it starts up), I click the "walking" or "driving" buttons, but nothing happens, nothing pops up... they're dead buttons...

    any ideas on how I can setup the controls?

    from in-game I can see the default key mapping, but I have to modify them from the out-game setup utility.
