I am trying to instal LOTRO and am having problems. After downloading the file (and making sure to run it as admin and in win xp compatibility mode), I am getting a message saying that Pando Media Boost can't connect to their servers. I went in and added it to the allowed programs on the windows firewall, even tried turning off the firewall. Made sure it was running as admin as well.

    I am running Win 7 x64.

If you can find a full install getting away from pando media boost use that, that stupid program is a load of crap. Even once you finish the download it sits in the background uploading the game to other people fine if it asked you that you wanted to do that but it doesn't
