    As far as I know, AMDATI does not support that particular series anymore. I have Dell Ispiron E1505 which is equipped with mobility x1400 but only driver (that is stable and does not give me any error messages) I could find was super old version uploaded on the Dell's support website, so I assume that you could do the same thing with the Alienware support.     AMD has a 'legacy' driver which might install, but there's little point in updating the drivers for x1400m b/c you won't see any noticeable performance difference.
