I have an msi tg70.. I just sold my 770m and i will be getting an upgraded 970m soon.

I have done the hard work and taken it out, when i booted up the turbo fan kicked in, its constantly on turbo fan. its very noisy driving me mad.

How do i get this to stop? CPU temperature is around 32-35 degrees

How do i get this to turn off?

Are you running the laptop with no GPU other than the Intel chip? If that's the case, I believe that may be normal behavior. Once you put a GPU back in (your incoming 970m), it should go back to normal.

As others have mentioned, the behavior is normal. I experienced the same when I had a GT70 barebones and my GPU died.

i put my laptop to sleep and the temp is not around 67 degrees even with turbo fan! I guess i need to wait and get my 970m and repaste the GPU and CPU. I dont have thermal paste.
