    Hi Guys

I have been asked to write a tutorial on how to flash a notebook ATI graphics card in DOS mode.
    So here is it.
I hope you like it and please write some feedback to improve the tutorial.

You should probably add for which graphics cards this applies to so people don't go off flashing cards that are incompatible with this tweak. And also add that this is a very risky thing to do and you may just brick your notebook by trying it.

That would be almost impossible to know unless he owned all the ATI cards ever made. I have 3870s, 4850s and 4870s and I use a similar method. It works on all the cards except the slave 3870 in my M17. Again there is no way to know that without owning it.

Which is why it is a risky thing to do and a disclaimer should be added by the OP. ;)

    good,

id add that you can check your adapters and rip the bios with gpu-z I think its best to do that first so you can save those files and have them in a safe place before flashing in atiflash.

also 3.60 seems to be more stable than 3.75 as I found out with my newest hack guide for the W90 people were getting errors with 3.75.
