I konw that second one is much better for gaming but how better?
Will I notice any difference in Gothic 3, Borderlands, Mass effect on medium.
The first one is much cheaper.
Thanks

Sorry, I meant here is appropriate for this topic. -
I don't think there would be that much of a difference between the two systems if you're looking to play games on medium settings. As far as I can tell, most games are GPU dependent. Seeing as both of the systems you listed have the Radeon 4570, I think they'd perform similarly in games.
The slower CPU might show its weakness sooner than the slightly better CPU.
How much of a price difference are you talking about here? If it's something huge like $200-300, you might as well go for the cheaper system and buy a new processor from newegg and put it in. Just a suggestion for you ONCE the warranty goes out. (Changing the processor probably voids the warranty.) -
Other than the slight difference in CPU, they are exactly the same.
And that .1GHz increase is completely unnoticeable. They will both perform the same -
Will 4 gb be noticeable change in modern games on win 7? -
But anyway, that will help with multitasking, yes. I recommend 3GB+ for some decent multitasking.
For gaming, no. i doubt the extra memory will be noticeable.
