I have both an Intel integrated graphics card and an Nvidia Geforce 420m 1gb installed on my laptop. My manufacturers guide says that my pc decides when to move to the more powerful card. Is there anyway I can tell which card my PC is using? I have an Nvidia gadget on my desktop which tells me much much the card's GPU is running and how many mhz etc. but that seems to come off and on occasionally even when I'm not running any high end games.

    Any help?

Well I don't know you could always try google. Where this question has been answered many, MANY times before.

"optimus widget nvidia" 2nd result in google.
