In single player with specular map turned on I am encountering a blinding shine on my fellow soldiers uniforms. It really makes the game look weird. I would turn it off and looks fine, but then Im loosing out on the other improvements of the setting. Also in the audio menu what should I set the speaker config to? Im using stereo headphones. Reason why I ask is because the sound quality sounds kind of poor in comparison to CoD4, not as much bass and overall power. Also when many different characters are talking at once things sound awful, and random.

specular map will add the "shine" to the enviroment...dont know if you can find the setting on the console and change it to a mid setting instead of just off/on..but you can try and ask around on the IW forums or at bashandslash.com forums..they have a section dedicated to tweaking the game.

The sound quality in mw2 sucks compared to cod4..i just left mine on windows default and raised the volume up a bit....hope they adress that at some point but im not holding my breath =)
