    Wow, they are really P.O'ed.

All that money, all that time, all that boasting, for what will be nothing.

Yeah, SKIDROW always kills those DRM-techniques.

There is no such thing as something thats 100% unhackable.

Sorry to spoil the party, but I do not really think that the Ubisoft site was hacked.

The only proof that has been distributed on the Internet across forums and websites alike is a single image in that which, dubiously, one of the tabs open on the browser is a Google Translator (Spell Checking perhaps?), this is also present on the Search Bar on the top-right corner of the screen, other than that, he had a tab open that leads to a pirate website.

It has been confirmed by many people that they had no problems accessing the Ubisoft site, perhaps the image is edited and is just a tribute to Skidrow?

Further proof, the message looks "added in" rather than if it was always there under a digital magnifying glass, and also, the "Favicon" next to the URL Bar is a blank page, indicative of a locally opened file in certain cases.

Hmm, this sounds suspect. Me personally though, I'd rather just hear that Ubi has revenue problems because of thier DRM. Of course they'll juts blame it on pirates instead and use it to justify not doing PC releases...

fake. scene groups wouldn't do this. it'd be just more bad rep and publicity.
they don't do their stuff for p2p, it's all about releasing stuff first to the scene. (underground [sorta])
obviously these days everything leaks to p2p and to all public, but scene groups don't really want that. i bet many of u have seen how scene has attacked ppl/groups in the scene who have turned out to be any p2p site-ops.

skidrow was quite a lamer group in the beginning releasing only games w/o protection, it's interesting how they some time ago just started kicking arse, seems they got good crackers.

that aside, the pic is fake 'cos as some1 pointed out in the source's comments, the url is missing the / added by firefox automatically and also the arrow is still at the right of the address bar meaning the address has just been written but not entered to. really weak work here, it coulda been easily photoshopped to look more legit, however even looking real wouldn't have proved a thing w/o more ppl proving they saw it.

one proof more coming just off the top of my head, skidrow always write their grp name in capitals, not Skidrow.

lazy kiddie having fun in paint (or w/e). the only thing i could've seen coming if someone had actually hacked the site with that text would be skidrow getting pissed or at least noting in their nfo (or issuing a notice) it wasn't them. these groups don't really wanna get busted, u know. but it's obvious they wouldn't do this.
