    Unable to join games in CS:S sometimes

    When im not using Xfire and using steam to join a game. Sometimes it wont allow me to instantly join the game. Instead it brings me the window where its suppose to show all the people in the game. But for me, its shows no one and everytime i keep hitting refresh. My ping kept raising up to 2000 but i have nothing else running. Then after a minute or 2, it would eventually load a game up. What is wrong here?
