    Dell E1505
    1.83 Centrino Duo
    ATI X1400 128
    Vista 32 bit

    **********************************************************

    Latest Dell drivers:

I have tried powerstrip, ATI tray tools, ATI tool, and one other that escapes me. I cant apply any changes I have made. It reverts my clocks back to default.

I am also missing the CCC... cant find it in active search, it isnt at the top of my right click window, and in install/unistall is has a CCC Branding icon.

    **********************************************************

    Latest 7.12 from Driverhaven

Used mod-tool to get around OEM

No CCC, no ability to overclock... same problem as above. The slider or toggle always goes back to default when I apply.

I have been using CC cleaner and Driver Cleaner pro after every uninstall/reinstall of drivers. I have been uninstalling from the driver tab of my video card.

No idea why this is doing what it is doing, but I am about to try catalyst 7.8

Any advice or suggestions would be most appreciated.

    :D

for ATI Tray tools did you check off save clock settings to profile? as for powerstrip wont let you OC since your on notebook GPU I recommend you install Omegadrivers since it will give you a better performance boost for your card. =)

I got my CCC with this install of 7.8

I cannot find that option with ATI tray tools. I looked under hardware and many other places and didnt see that option.

Which OmegaDrivers are vista compatible? I thought there was a set comming but hadn't been released yet?
