Hi. I just bought the Unreal Anthology DVD so I could play multiplayer, but it doesn't recognize the CD-key. Out of curiosity i found another CD-key on the net and it recognized it perfectly. I would prefer not to use it though, since i PAYED for this and I won't be able to play online.

If it matters, I'm running Vista Ultimate 32 bit.

    Please help

    hi bubba
did you buy it new or was the disc second hand as if the key had been used before it would not accept it a second time.
if its new contact the store where you bought it.

If it was a new game, contact the support team (should be written somewhere or google it). It is better than contacting the store you bought it.

Haha, that reminds me of the time I bought Rome: Total War from Steam, and it never gave me a CD key, effectively preventing me from playing multiplayer at all. I ended up contacting Sega, the game's publisher, and after having me briefly search my registry for the key that should have been installed when I downloaded the game, the representative I spoke to simply gave me a new key, which worked perfectly.

I suggest contacting the publisher of the Unreal Anthology and explain your issue. Of course, that's assuming you bought the game from a retail store, and not second hand, since they'll probably want a copy of your original retail receipt.

The game is bought new from a very big store. I tought about contacting Midway, but i found out that they're based in the UK and i live in Romania.

I'm not sure wheter their tech support handles issues so far away from base.

More than calling, go to their website and find the support link, there you can email them and telling your problem.

It doesn't matter. They support all games they sell, regardless of where their headquarters are.

    http://midway.com/uk/SupportCustomer.php?url=midway/consumer/question.asp

That's the link to submit a support query to Midway UK. Just get a scanned copy or take a picture of your receipt, and do the same for your CD key and upload them as attachments in that form.
