Hi. I just bought the Unreal Anthology DVD so I could play multiplayer, but it doesn't recognize the CD-key. Out of curiosity i found another CD-key on the net and it recognized it perfectly. I would prefer not to use it though, since i PAYED for this and I won't be able to play online.
If it matters, I'm running Vista Ultimate 32 bit.
Please help

hi bubba
did you buy it new or was the disc second hand as if the key had been used before it would not accept it a second time.
if its new contact the store where you bought it. -
i had the same problem i think it was with either 1's i's or l's as the way it was printed they looked same, try swaping some of the letter's about thats what i did and by luck i worked it out

Haha, that reminds me of the time I bought Rome: Total War from Steam, and it never gave me a CD key, effectively preventing me from playing multiplayer at all. I ended up contacting Sega, the game's publisher, and after having me briefly search my registry for the key that should have been installed when I downloaded the game, the representative I spoke to simply gave me a new key, which worked perfectly.
I suggest contacting the publisher of the Unreal Anthology and explain your issue. Of course, that's assuming you bought the game from a retail store, and not second hand, since they'll probably want a copy of your original retail receipt. -
I'm not sure wheter their tech support handles issues so far away from base. -
bump.......

That's the link to submit a support query to Midway UK. Just get a scanned copy or take a picture of your receipt, and do the same for your CD key and upload them as attachments in that form.
