This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     hi... are there any planned directx10 laptop video cards coming?? when?? what price??

    I would expect to see a notebook version of the NVIDIA 8800 card, which is directx10 compatible.

    At a guess here (since nothing is official on the subject) probably around Spring 2007. I think we'll see a die shrink first on the 8 series, as in its current format its expensive, uses a lot of power and its a Biggggg ole' GPU.
