    I have a 512MB DDR3 nVidia® GeForce™ Go 7950 GTX graphics card, but i want to play future dx10 games

Is there anyway i can upgrade my card in the future, or is that impossible for notebooks?

    Thanks

if u have the right MXM slot in ur notebook and u find the right MXM module it is possible, but there is always the chance that the card will not fit properly or the card might get too hot for ur notebook. oh in other words ur cooling system may not be efficient enough to support that card.

exactly. its too bad they havent come out with a "true" standard for notebooks yet. it would make the longevity of a notebook last so much longer.

lol i think thats the point. the industry is teaming up to screw consumers and make the product (laptops) more viable as a whole.

By the time you really NEED Dx10 for gaming, you will need a new machine, so i really wouldnt worry about it.
