I would like to upgrade the video card in my son's sony vaio VGN-FW180E it has the ATI Mobility Radeon 3470 HD I'm looking at the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 1G but it operated at a lower frequency, otherwise it has 4 times the memory and is 128bit

Does anyone have a better recommendation?

Also it is running windows 7 64 bit with 4 gig of memory

I would like to upgrade the card and possibly the memory to get some more life out of it because it has some nice features, well built, blu-ray burner etc.

    thank you

are you positively sure that the Vaios have an MXM slot? it appears to me that the sony you have uses a soldered on GPU, not MXM 2.0 interface GPU
