Hi,
My fujitsu-siemens amilo m1437g (pentium-m 740) broke down and i got myself a new graphics card. An ati hd 2600 with 256mb gddr3 (pro or xt, i don't know if it matters). But the problem is that i don't get any image on the screen at all, so i think i need an other vbios for the card..
Techpowerup only has 512mb 2600pro bios, and i don't think i can flash my card with that.
So my question is, does anyone have a 2600xt who can send me a vbios of it?
Hope any of you guys can help..
With kind regards,
Lieuwe

A little subtile kick..

you tried downloading the driver disk for you laptop:
http://www.fujitsu-siemens.com/support/linkapplication.html?LNG=EN&ID=23464
it may include the driver for the bios as well, I am also assuming it would include the flash program needed as well...
try it and let me know, good luck -
The thing is, that when i remotely control my laptop with the 2600, i get an error in the windows device manager. The Device could not start..
So do you really think that if i install a driver, it would give me image in the bios?
I opened and extracted all the vga drivers but i couldn't find a flash program..
Updating the normal bios doesn't help..
*Edit:*
Here is a screenshot of the gpuz and device manager:
