I have an Alienware M17x R3 with a Nividea GTX 460M graphics card and 4GB of RAM I want to upgrade both but I'm not sure which graphics cards are compatable or where to buy them. Could someone please give this poor PC noob some advice?

(P.S) my friend recommended the Nividea GTX 670M graphics card is this one compatable?

You can upgrade to pretty much any mxm 3.0 compatible card, including the 7970m and 680m.
