I cant seam to find anywhere else to post this so here it goes.
I have had an insparion 9300 for a long time now and ever thing was going fine.
Then i got that vertical line problem and after much argument with them they fixed it, only problem was the "lost" my hard drive and ram. So after 3 months of waiting the sent me replacements. Ever sense then i have been halving video problems

    Graphic card :
    Nvida Geforce Go 6800

The problem is that videos right after i installed all the software and such worked fine then after about three days they started to be mis-synced.

Figuring i must have had a scratched disk or something i decided to play some games instead. I was on a trans-Atlantic flight. I'm shocked by how slow the game is playing I'm getting only 9-15fps. Anyone have any ideals what the heck is going on?

    Thanks for your time

It sounds as if you either have a bad video card or you didn't reinstall your video drivers. You DID reinstall your video drivers, right (and all of the notebook's other drivers, too)? If not, go to Dell's website and download the latest drivers for your notebook ASAP. If so, you might try reinstalling Windows and installing drivers again.

I have installed all the drivers and such and the system says they are good. It might be the video card. That would suck. Seams each time i reinstall the os and all of that it will work for a few days then stop.

So anyone else think its a graphic card breakdown, its kinda old. got this back at the start of the line so to speak.
