So I installed wow yesterday, but now on all my games I get this weird video stutter every so often, no idea what it is, or what is causing it.

I run an AW M17 with Xfire 3870's, running AW drivers. I was wondering if the drivers might be the cause?

Try reinstalling Drivers directly from ATI. ;)

And try re/installing the latest DirectX. :)
