Ok, this is going to be a weird question. I've become accustomed to watching shows on my notebook. The picture looks so much better and brighter than on my tv so I'm wondering is there any way I can hook my Xbox 360 into my notebook so that I can play games and watch them on my notebooks monitor? Basically I just want to take the tv out and use the notebooks monitor as replacement.

Is it possible? If so how? I know if it's possible I'll have to buy something just I don't know what lol.

    Thank You,
    -Taylor

A TV tuner will not work because of delay. An option that users here have used with good results is Adaptec's Gamebridge. I'd look into it and if you have any questions post back here.

If you get a TV tuner (probably the same one you watch shows on) that takes composite in you can hook up the 360 with the standard cables out of the 360's box.

However, you may have a lag (1-2) because of the tuner...so it might not be playable. As a media device it would work, but not for gaming. Very few, if any, TV tuners have 0 lag.

:) Thanks guys that's actually the exact thing I needed. When I say I watch shows on TV I was referring to a site... I don't believe it's technically legal though. This on the other hand says it can handle TV and console output so now I can actually watch tv :).

    Thank you guys.
