Have any of you guys tried these? Supposidly they're glasses that you wear and you can hook up to a tv or notebook and see the video through them.

I'm looking to buy a pair but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg also I would like one that has an AV connection(Red, White and Yellow). 250$ is as high as I'm willing to go.

    Thank You,
    -Taylor

Also, do these things hurt your eyes?

I am guessing you referring to http://i-glassesonline.stores.yahoo.net/i-theater.html . No I have not used them nor do I know anyone has them/used them. I do know one thing though, at only 320x240 resolution, I do not think you would want to use em for a computer. They do offer a set of glasses at 800x600 res, but they cost a bit more. (way more)

I only replied to this thread because I myself have looked into these and I have been considering buying a set (of the 800x600 res type) and so far I have not because I don't really don't have the need for em. The only time I would use em is on a airplane and I do not fly that often. They would only serve as a really expensive paper weight most of the time.

Advise, if you really want em, check the return policy with the people you are planning to buy em from. If you can return them with no hassles, then buy them, try them out. If you like them keep them, if not, send them back.

just use a tv, play it safe. I dont think having a screen mm from ur eyes is a good idea to begin with, just use the tv and save the 250.00 or put it towards a nicer tv.
