    I'm using 177.35 as I was able to get the best performance on 3dmark with it but compared to 175.75 on my 32 bit system it seems to have issues. It drops way down in framerate in Crysis at certain times, randomly it seems...........same with COD 4.

    I tried 5 drivers on 3dmark with the following results: (resolution at 1280 X 854)

    177.35 = 6456

    175.80 = 6380

    175.70 = 6375

    175.12 = 6335

    174.16 = 6210

    Did I overlook a potentially better suited driver for my system?

    different systems + same driver + same card = different performance.

    I saw that on Laptopvideo2go's forum but it was listed as "in work" and didn't have any download link to it.

    Can you tell me where you got it and the Modded .inf file for it? I'd like to give it a try.

    175.19 is the most current stable release driver from Nvidia's website. Considering the testing those go through to be certified, and the fact that this driver was added to their stable release list recently, I'd recommend 175.19 all the way.

    175.19 isn't listed on Laptopvideo2go and since I don't know how to modify the INF files I'm sorta stuck with whatever they provide on that site. Thanks for the info though.

    WHQL means absolutely nothing. All it does it show that a few Windows features don't break when the drivers are installed. At least as far as NVIDIA is concerned, their beta drivers tend to be better, especially since they're so erratic about official releases.

    That being said, my desktop PC runs Vista x64, and the 175.19s are quite good. Great performance and image quality.
