I found the zv6000 on Costco.com and it looks like a very good machine for the $.
Buying it as a desktop replacement and business, but there's one game that I play- WOW, and if it won't run it, I'm buying something else!
Has anyone tried it, and how does it run?
My desktop is a Celeron 2g with an ati 256 card, 1g RAM, and I'm very satisfied with its video performance, for my purposes.
Thanks!
Andy

The 200m GPU will run WoW fine but don't expect a great performance

I saw the zv6000 last week. I thought it was pretty good. Keyboard was fairly solid. The BrightView screen was nice. As a DTR it will work well. There are better gaming notebooks.

Costo is very generous return wise. Wish I had on nearby.

Yes, their return policy is excellent. Return it within 6 months, and you get your full money back, no questions asked.
I would like to get my next laptop from there. -
i go there at least twice a week. i'll even go there just to get milk.
man, once you've been to one you'll never go back to safeway. -
The closest one is like 70 miles away. I have been there a few times, but since I live far from everywhere I buy most things online.

The main advantage of a notebook computer is for its easy carrying.
If you only use your computer at the same place, desktop will bring you best value for its high performance.
If you want to use the same computer at more than one place, notebook computer is your only choice~
