    A friend of mine is lookin for a new laptop and all he plays is warcraft III. Will the gma950 be sufficient?

    Wel it used to play on my GMA 900, I see no reason why it shouldn't play on the 950. Don't expect high details on though.

    Well, a GMA950 will handle WCIII ok, but i doubt your friend is not going to buy anew game in the next 3-5 years, so convince him to get a better video card, say an ATI x1400 for 100$ more. The peace of mind alone is worth it :D

    my gma900 ran WC3 on highest settings 1280x768 just fine. even my geforce2 gts computer from five years ago can run it, so the intel integrated stuff is just about as capable...

    thx. recommended a better graphics card to my friend but he bought the 950 anyway. I guess itdidn't matter...
