I currently own a Toshiba Qosmio:
Notebook:Toshiba Qozmio X305-Q701
Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 @ 2.0ghz
4GB DDR3 1066mhz(7-7-7-20)
Nvidia GeForce 9700m GTS
I average roughly 30-40 frames per second. Curious if anyone out there has a similar notebook and if so how many FPS are you averaging? Also did you have to OC your lappy for better FPS with this game? I really want to hit 50+.

No AA, No AF
I remember about 40 Frames Per Second Average running around and doing stuff, I never got in any epic battles tho, from the various youtube videos and things A am sure it would have slowed down to a snails pace in the heat of a major battle.
My card is only the 9700GT wich is about 15% slower I think.

Aldo I don't have Warhammer so wouldn't know, I just got this notebook lastnight and spent the whole time installing games and setting up programs. I just updated to the latest BIOS ver 1.30, but I was wondering what driver are we suppose to use for the touch pad? There's two that I noticed one is for synaptics and the other for ALPS. I'm running Vista 32 instead of 64 and I don't think the touch pad is verygood at picking up input right now. I'm thinking I have the wrong one installed because Windows update installed for synaptics but when I click on the icon on the try and try to pick some setting it prompts me that I need a synaptic device or something. And how are you suppose to scroll up and down? usually you can do that on the right side of the touch pads but this one doesn't. One last thing, does your volume seem a little soft even on max setting? I wonder why mines is, maybe I'm setting this thing up totally wrong with oudated drivers? Your feedback would be great, and how long have you had your x305?

It is most probably a synaptics device they are the best ones.
synaptic is the only brand that has the scroll by sliding your finger, if you have another brand it has to use corner scrolling because synaptics has the patent on that technology.
As for speakers, yeah depending on the source it can be kinda of low. I have posted a few work arounds for that depending on what your doing.
edit: nevermind lol you were talking to him about the toshiba not to me about the Asus.... -
Vicious what's corner scrolling? cause I can't seem to scroll no matter where I press on the touch pad.

I took my laptop back cuz it had the issues with teh touch pad, and the chrome ring was chpiping and falling apart from closing the lid 2 or 3 times... Piece of cheap plastic if you ask me.
