    I have Dell Studio 1558,Core i5 M 430 2.27 GHz,4GB RAM,ATI Mobility HD 5470, Win7 64bit.

When I bought JC2 I thought till will run good on my laptop. But it didn't, as came to know the card is weak.

I am forced to play at all low settings and res to 640X480 @ 24FPS. Then around 2 weeks back I just thought to play once again. When I started the steam it updated something, and then when I played the game . I was getting FPS of 60.

I then started to tweak graphics settings little bit and configured as:
    Res : 1024X768
    shadow : medium

rest all as low and surprisingly I was able to play @ 25-30 FPS. I also recorded at that time Just cause 2

But again 3 days back when I started to play the game it made me so angry when I saw the FPS of 10.And still stuck with it now. Nothing is working, so I back to 23-24 FPS for all low, res 640X480 settings again.

One thing I noticed was when the game started. It showed some scrolling text at the loading as " update your graphics ........", Text, I thought it might be graphics driver issue and tried to update my ATI driver, but it showed as all updated.

Also I am not able to get more that 60FPS at any time not even at all low settings. Earlier it used to be around 150FPS at-least at game intro time.

Anyone facing same issue, help guys......

It is set to DELL rather than power saver. Earlier ATI CCC use to maintain the battery settings. Like while on battery "last long" and on charge " best performance".

Is it give more performance if we play with "power saver mode" and charge on ?

I wish my mouse had a back-button on it. Having to constantly navigate to the back button on my browser pisses me off.
