Change the topic from "What Drivers is important to Upgrade?" to "What Drivers are important to Upgrade?"

Or better yet "Which Drivers are the most important to update?"

Go to the driver download website of your manufacturer (Dell, Asus, Sager, HP, etc) and see if any drivers have been released or updated since you purchased your laptop.

Only mods or admins can change thread titles.

well, maybe he meant to say "What Driver's important to Upgrade?" or "What Driver is important to Upgrade?"
    somehow he forgot or mistyped...

    And to answer the question:

which brand of laptop you got there?

If it's HP, go to HP's Support And Driver site, find your model number, there are specific driver updates that are for your laptop.

vice versa, if you got other brand, go to the manufacturer's driver download site.
