I would like to know because it may influence the decision on the laptop that I buy.

On weekdays I spend about 1-2 hours gaming, except on Fridays which is around 2 hours. I mainly play BF2, CS 1.6, and FS2004. On the weekend I spend total about 5 hours.

What type of gamer am I?

    Hardcore, Intermediate, etc......

It sounds like you're more of a casual gamer to me.

Are you picky about graphics settings? Perhaps post the specifications of your computer.

I think even asking the question makes him seem like a casual/intermediate gamer. Most of the time people know if they are "Hardcore gamers." I'm assuming he cares about GFX but not to the point where he needs perfect settings. Fill out an FAQ, then tell us what you prefer in terms of performance (sacrificing quality for FPS, or the other way around)

Yeah I think you are probably on the casual side like me. I have never checked my 3D mark score. :p I think if you get a medium card you should enjoy it. :)

So in total you spend about 11-16hrs gaming a week. If we use the analogy of boxing you would be feather weight. :)

Stay away from middle weight and heavy weights they will knock you out literally, in a gaming sense...

Yeah your casual. Just get a middle range graphics card. My x700 has 128MB of vram. I would get somehing similar to that. Oh and remember to get at least 1GB of ram. Order the smallest amount that you can get with your laptop and buy the ram off of newegg. It is cheaper that way.
