I have a Vostro 1500 with the following specs:

    > T5470 Core 2 Duo processor

    > 2 GB memory

    > 120 G 5400RPM hard drive

    > Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 graphics card

What are some of the better road racing (not track) games that my system can support? Are the Test Drive games any good?

I know I can't get the latest and the greatest because of my video card.

Thanks....I think that site only tests for the latest games. I might need one a few years old.

Midtown Madness looks good. If it says that it supports ME/95/98...will it work on XP Home?

yeah it will, both Mid-Town Madness and Mid-Town Madness 2 will run on XP, tested them a long time ago.

But they are way too old, NFS: Most Wanted is definitely a good choice, also check out Colin McRae Rally series, off road driving is awesome.

Free racing games like: Track Mania Nations, BMW M3 Chanllenge, both have online play.

I'll put in another vote for the Need for Speed games. Test drive games are ok but I am not sure if your machine can run Test Drive Unlimited. I used to have fun with Midtown Madness (1) on my old windows 98 machine but I couldn't get it to run on this machine with Vista..
