    It is a method of testing configurations of a computer system against a standard set of tasks. Somewhat similar to the 0 to 60 mph or braking distance of a car, or how good someone looks after 1 beer, 1 6 pack of beer, 1 case of beer or Not all the beer in London will make her look good, dude!

    basically they run tests..how fast your GPU(s) are/is, how fast your processor can do something, how fast your HDDs are..etc..
