    Does it bring back the old CUDA support that was in the drivers or is this something else for developers?

    Would I benefit from this in my video playback for movies and/or gaming or what is this for really

    It's a huge download.......

    Right, one guy on MDL forums was complaining that his Adobe CC 2017 products have no Cuda and Adobe says it's nVIDIA's fault, so I don't think this would add support since it's only meant for developers

    or would it?

    This is a toolkit for programmers to access CUDA library. Unless you are doing CUDA based development, feel free to ignore it.

    To use it, you need visual studio.
