I just started the other and only have a few hours in, I'm not finding all damn code though, I hate leaving loot behind. I'll prep[are for dark storage.
Blood harvest! my favorite map, it's been awhile since I played it but I can't think of a game that require more teamwork then that, great for playing with friends.TBoneSan likes this. -

This game involves a lot of backtracking, if you want to get behind every locked safe/door/etc.
Wonder how soon does dark storage come? I'm only 3 ish hours in, should I begin to worry?

I am currently playing GTA V on my new Dell XPS-13 9350

~_16GB Ram_~
~_512GB SSD OCV Series by Toshiba_~
~_Intel Iris 540 Graphics_~
~_Intel Cord i7-6560U Processor_~
am having a pretty decent game-place, given this laptop is only pushing integrated graphics card!
I just scored another laptop today, its the dell latitude (not sure exact model) but its got the i5-2340M? processor, not sure if that's exactly it, but its an i5-something "M" - it only has intel hd graphics 3000, but I'm planning to give it a run for its money, not sure which types of games it can handle, but its got a Samsung SDD(128GB) so its pretty quick to boot up and run app/programs! thing is it has windows 10 downloaded on it, win 10 enterprise edition;
and weird thing about it is, on the dell website it wont let me download driver updates, it says the laptop isn't windows 10 supported, only win 7-8, vista and xp some other windwos vesions also, just not windows 10 - so I cant update the drivers, and get the touch sensor to work..it sucks! I dnt have a hard copy of win 7 or 8 either :O
but as soon as I figure that out, I'm gonna try gaming on it
(only 4gb of ram though! >_<) -
I recently purchased Player Unknown Battlegrounds despite its unfinished state and steep asking price. I mainly and slightly reluctantly picked it up since 2 of my friends nagged the heck out of me.
Anyway, it's an extremely fun and addictive game. I quite like the methodical and strategic elements of the gameplay, all whilst not falling into a 'walking' and 'resource gathering' simulator and rounds not taking too much time to play.
I'd like to see the drops randomized - in fact this needs to happen as far as I'm concerned if the game wants to have lifespan.
It does runs like a bag of nails though. No matter what graphical settings, the frame rate is not really affected using a Gtx 1080. So we're talking CPU. I haven't looked into the CPU usage in detail but if I were a betting man I'd say this game is being screwed by only running on a couple of cores. Either that or it simply hasn't had any love in the optimization department. -
thought i'd give The Surge a try.

Getting close to finishing Pillars of Eternity + expansions

I was just thinking about it yesterday, need to finish it too... -
Just finished Prey 2017. Did all the different endings, maxed out all abilities and only missed one side quest. I'm forced to say I really did enjoy it.
Now back to ME Andromeda.Prototime, DukeCLR and killkenny1 like this. -
I m loving counter strike and NFS. so i am playing that only

The game is too similar with Dark souls in term of battle. Have tried for couple hours and get easily bored with it.
-
Doesn't seem much like Dark Souls at all. Closest game is Lords of the Fallen, but not quite as buggy. Feels so SLOW... even DS1 and DS2 aren't this sluggish. Nowhere near the speed of DS3/Bloodborne.
Not an awful game... not exactly my cup of tea either though.
Got it for free when a friend said it was "too hard", so I cannot complain about the price.
You can safely ignore the "hard" complaints, but the game does have a few "how did I even die moments". (bugs.) -
finally got passed the first boss in The Surge.
-
I also picked the game up recently and have to say my friend and I are having a blast with the game, game runs ok for me, then occasional performance drops and lag but overall its a heck of a lot of fun, and is strangely addictiveLast edited: May 28, 2017

Just purchased D3: Reaper of Souls, finally playing d3 again after a 4-year break.

There was a recent update which seems to make it run much better. Yeah it is strangely addictive isn't it
-
yeah definitely seeing better performance now, my friend came over last night and we took turns playing round for round it was so much fun, the time disappeared on us, and we had smiles the whole time.TBoneSan likes this.

Downloaded Skyrim Special Edition. Realised there was no SKSE. Deleted Skyrim Special Edition. GG.

They carried over the "one more turn" syndrome into a shooter, it's shockingly addictive by how accessible it is to get a new match started without the wait.

getting through American Gods before heading back into games LOL

So whats in the special edition?

Skyrim Special Edition is more or less Skyrim (including all DLC) in Fallout 4's 64-bit engine.Ionising_Radiation and DukeCLR like this.

It's sort of like GOTY+, so all DLC, some graphical updates, some (I think) fixes to major bugs, and console mod support, though I don't know how well that was implemented. Thing is, it's not compatible with (m)any mods from the OG version, so a lot has to be built from scratch. It's especially broken if a lot of what you are modding is script/behavior based, because I think all that pretty much requires SKSE to function at all, and even ones that don't require it can cause some major (or hilarious) issues.Ionising_Radiation and DukeCLR like this. -

There are also some performance and stability (it's 64 bit) improvements. -

Haven't really had time to mess with it, but hopefully some of that is with physics and acceleration. It was wonky in vanilla and mods occasionally made it worse. -
killkenny1 Too weird to live, too rare to die.
Well I guess you can't test SSE to its full potential at the moment, because, again, SKSE is not available, so you can't really tell how stable it is if there's nothing to test it with. -

Yeah, I'll probably just keep checking back to see if they've made any progress on it. Not like having mods was making life terribly easy, trying to figure out which combination of mods was causing small items to accelerate with every object they hit. -
Add me to the PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds list. After watching it on Twitch a few days I decided to spend the $29 today. Give me something to play in between Quake Champion beta rounds.

Endless Space 2, it also has to be said how satisfyingly snappy and slick the UI is for the game.

All this talk about skyrim special edition made me start playing skyrim again xD

I agree its fun and fast and its probably the most fun I have had in a "shooter" for a long long while.
-
I'm currently playing Zapper: One Wicked Cricket. Flashback old times.

Playing The Surge.
Game is supremely challenging, but oh so addictive. -
Waiting like a ***** for Destiny 2. Never felt like a crackhead until now

Gonna watch the season finale of American Gods before getting back into games.

Tried out Subnautica on the Vive. Controls are wonky between controller and head aim, and I have no clue what I'm doing, but in VR even just swimming around is really cool. Now if I could figure out where to find copper...

I just beat Prey, and it was truly a blast. Highly recommended. It's like Deus Ex and Metroid Prime had a baby who grew up in an open world.
Going to make a second run-through now where I don't equip myself with any alien abilities. -
mainly playing gwent and pubg these days, still have to finish the last DLC for dark souls 3 and also finish up the surge but time is limited and both gwent and pubg offer up fast rounds so they suit my needs for the minute.
