What happened to this? First it was supposed to be released back in Oct. then December, but I haven't heard a peep about this game which leaves me wondering if its even coming?

It was supposed to be released October 26,2010, but I believe it was moved on to Q1 2010.

It was released in October. It wasn't any good.

edit: PC version is still TBA. But I would look for something else. Again- the game got really poor reviews.

It bombed, which is why you aren't hearing about it. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave up on the PC version, but that's just me an my opinions.

Okay let's not exaggerate. Fable 3 received generally favorable reviews. I do agree that it isn't the greatest RPG (is it technically even an RPG anymore?) or even the greatest of the trilogy (that would still be the original). But it was a good (though not great) game in its own right.

The PC version of the game was rumored to release in December. As far as I know, there haven't been any announcements to confirm the game's release date or to cancel its release on the PC. So the best I can say is that it will come out "soon".

You're right, I jumped the gun a little bit. The reviews I saw basically said the game was decent, but flawed and not as good as the previous iterations. That doesn't mean it was horrible. Still - TBA on the PC.

Still think they should have brought Fable 2 over to PC, sounds like it would have probably sold better. Of course, we all know that will never happen, but I can dream.

They can keep their Fable III, my kingdom for a PC version of Halo Reach.

Grawr~ >:[ Delayed yet again... It better be a nicely done full release if they're delaying it so much for the PC

Wouldn't be the first time a AAA Blockbuster Xbox 360 game port to PC cancelled. Alan Wake is a great example.

Ruckus - Alan Wake was not an AAA blockbuster.

Barely a decent game with truly horrible sales for a new and hyped IP.

How was fable 1 the lost chapters, I can't decide if I should play it on PC or the "regular" verison my 360. I don't really know how well fable would work on a mouse and keyboard

I'd highly recommend Fable:TLC for PC. It works quite well with mouse/keyboard.

It was supposed to be. Same as Fable 3. See the resemblance?

^^ me too, despite the lukewarm reviews of the 2nd I really enjoyed my experince with it on the xbox 360, I had alot of fun just running around the towns and taking in the land that is Fable 2

It was supposed to be in 2006 not 2010, in 2010 it became a linear Alone in The Dark clone. Something awful happened to Alan Wake when it became an XBox exclusive.

i really enjoyed the first and 2nd one, on xbox, as well. it's the only game i can think of that i would ever own an xbox for. hmmm...funny how i've had 2 xboxs and i gave them both away after i was done with fable 1 & 2. . .i just noticed that.

i'm actually thinkin about pickin up fable 1 for the PC to calm my fable cravings. are there any big differences in gameplay with the PC version compared to the xbox version? i've never played it on the PC before.
