    Can I ask anyone that what is ATI Mobility Modder? What can it do to my PC?

    I don't know what is it cause i'm noobs encountering this graphic things..

    My PC specs are

    Intel Core 2 Duo 2.10Ghz
    Windows Vista Home Premium
    ATI Mobility Radeon X2300 128Mb
    3Gb RAM
